Each Original Bogg® comes with a set of clear insert bags
The set contains one large insert bag with 3 white buttons across the back and one small insert bag with 2 white buttons across the back. Simply snap the buttons on the back of the insert bags into any free hole on the Bogg Bag (inside or outside) to keep smaller items in reach.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 to 12 business days.

- You may return an online purchase at any full price Occasionally Yours Gifts store (no outlet).
- A store staff member will assist you in completing your return.
