Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) typically ship within 2–3 business days, pending product availability and payment verification.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days, while expedited shipping typically arrives within 1–2 business days (excluding the holiday season). Delivery estimates refer to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
Please Note: Carrier delivery estimates displayed by UPS do not include our 2–3 business day processing time.
Holiday Shipping Notice: Orders placed late in December may not arrive before your holiday.

Shipping Rates
Most items qualify for a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 (when the free shipping threshold has not been met). YETI and Bogg Bag products are excluded from flat-rate shipping, and shipping charges will vary.
Fragile items, including large vases, picture frames, soap dispensers, bowls, and oversized décor, are subject to a $15 fragile item shipping fee. These items are also excluded from free shipping.
Duplicate Shipping Charges on Flat-Rate Items
Shopify may occasionally overcharge shipping when products are fulfilled from multiple store locations. If this occurs, we will automatically refund any shipping overcharges as quickly as possible. Please note that additional product-specific shipping fees are not included in these adjustments.
Free Shipping
Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping, excluding Bogg Bag, YETI, and fragile items. Due to brand restrictions, Bogg Bags and YETI Coolers are not eligible for free shipping. The free shipping threshold is subject to change without notice.
Shipping Notifications
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.
