Processing Time

Orders placed on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit card verification. 

Once the order has left our facilities, it's out of our hands! Please allow 3-7 days from the moment an order leaves our fulfillment center for standard ground shipping. Typically 1-2 business days for expedited orders (excluding holiday season.) Delivery time refers to business days only. Delivery estimates do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

PLEASE NOTE - Carrier delivery times shown by UPS do not include our fulfillment processing times (typically 2-3 business days).

Holiday Shipping Notice: Orders placed late in December may not arrive by your holiday.

All processing & shipping times are subject to change. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed by Occasionally Yours. Occasionally Yours is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to carrier service interruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Most items quality for a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 (if under the free ship threshold.) YETI and Bogg Bag are excluded from flat rate shipping, and shipping prices will vary. 

Fragile items, such as large bases, picture frames, soap dispensers, bowls, large decor items are subject to a $15 fragile shipment fee. This excludes them from free shipping.

Shopify may overcharge for shipping due to products shipping from multiple locations. We will refund any shipping overcharges. We try to check orders as they come in and make appropriate refunds ASAP. Please note that additional product fees aren't included in adjustments.

Free Shipping

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping, EXCLUDING BOGG BAG, YETI & fragile items. Due to brand restrictions, Bogg Bag and YETI (Coolers) are not eligible for free shipping. The free shipping threshold is subject to change without warning.

Shipping Notifications

A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package in order for you to track the status of your item.
