"This place could use some color," Barbara Bradley Baekgaard said to her friend Patricia Miller during an airport layover. It was 1982 and all the women could see was a succession of drab, bulky suitcases. When they returned home to Indiana, Barbara and her business partner got out a few patterns and a sewing machine and set to work. And Vera Bradley was born.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

A store staff member will assist you in completing your return.
For store returns only:

- After 30 days of purchase: Merchandise credit at current price
- After 60 days of purchase: No returns or exchanges accepted.
