Pack away your lunch (and plenty of snacks, too) in this insulated cooler than unzips for added room. Its exterior is crafted from lightweight, durable and water-repellent ReActive, while its interior features a wipeable lining for easy clean-up. Crafted in our sustainably sourced ReActive material made from recycled plastic water bottles (6 go into every cooler!) ReActive is lightweight, durable, water-repellent and made from recycled PET water bottles. Cooler can be unzipped to expand at center for 2.5" more height. Insulated and wipeable interior. How do I return an item?

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charge for a return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 to 12 business days.

  • You may return an online purchase at any full price Occasionally Yours Gifts store (no outlet).
  • A store staff member will assist you in completing your return.
  • For store returns only:
    • Within 30 days of purchase: Full Refund or Merchandise Credit
    • After 30 days of purchase: Merchandise credit at current price
